evidence.
Foundry OS explores governed real-work evidence and operator development. It is still being designed, and it will need human review before it opens.
Progress is not automatic access
A learning milestone can show engagement. Work evidence needs a defined task, an authorized reviewer and relevant acceptance criteria. Course completion does not establish employer-accepted capability, a contract, a qualification or a job.
A separate doorway
Direct institutional access to Foundry and direct client access to Spark Lab remain possible. Academy completion is not a prerequisite or entitlement.
